In this class we will do yoga poses to stretch your muscles in the right way for your herniated disc problem.
The class duration is about 90 mins.
What is this class?
Normal stretching classes "for back pain" are generally dangerous if you have an herniated disc.
The reason is that they use poses that actually push your disc further out, or stretch muscles that are already stretched and should be elongated or made stronger. And don't stretch others that need it.
So you need a specific stretching class that is done to take care of your herniated disc problem.
This specific yoga stretching class is better than a classic "physiotherapy stretching session" because it is focused to use also breathing and keep your body in balance as much as you can (instead of isolating areas of your body as you do in physiotherapy).
The class will be a low intensity class, mostly executed on the floor, where we will do some active and some passive stretching, while educating our breathing and calming our mind.
