What is Pranayama?
Pranayama means learning specific breathing exercises that will teach you to breath better, with longer breaths that better oxygenate your body.
Those exercises help you with neck and shoulder pain, digestion, bowel movement and with the flowing of limpha that helps your immune system work better.
Moreover, Pranayama helps you train your abs, especially the lower abs that normally we don't use.
